Vince is from Depeche Mode. The group is a man and a woman team consisting of Vince Clark and Alison Moyet. Yazoo which is also Yaz if in America perform Synthpop or New Wave. The music is intense, hot, modern and very clear. Alison enjoys a model's style of make-up while Vince looks like the nice boy from next door. From the UK their music is recognized in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, France, Switzerland, the US, the Netherlands and Canada.Relying heavily on the synthesizer, psychedelic strobe effecs dance in the background as Alison performs the vocals with a deep, rusk-y, alto voice. They are not fully expected to perform together anymore (Alison performs solo quite a bit) but if you so happen to hear them coming around be sure to take notice and perhaps get the tickets for they are very good.
